About the LOTT Program
The LOTT Fellowship Program was designed to support our communities by developing and challenging emerging professional women in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) area to see their role in furthering women's leadership in all sectors of society. Our multi-tiered program encompasses six months, and includes a combination of structured workshops, mentoring, personal development plans, networking, and a community-based project. Fellows participate in all five elements. Mentors participate in the mentoring element and are encouraged to participate in the networking sessions.
Workshops for Fellows will be held one Saturday per month from January through May of 2025, with a graduation event planned for June. In addition to these workshops, Fellows and Mentors are expected to meet 1-2 times per month.
-
The LOTT Fellowship does not involve any fees to apply or participate. Small child care and transportation stipends are available.
-
If you are unable to participate in the majority of the program, we ask that you apply at a later date when you are able to fully invest in your leadership development.
-
Each applicant will be interviewed to ensure we have a two-way dialogue to determine whether the program will be a good fit.
-
Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) board members, committee members, speakers, and volunteers value diversity of individuals from every racial, ethnic, and cultural identity; gender identity and gender expression; sexual orientation; and economic, education, immigration, and disability status. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is also to foster a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
